This was commissioned by ~Ninetalesuk. He wanted me to make a pic of Anzu hypnotizing Vulko, both of which are his original characters. The hypnosis method can be explained in this sentence from the Pokedex info from Pokemon Ruby version: "Ninetales casts a sinister light from its bright red eyes to gain total control over its foe's mind." We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
