Nemesis's confusion

This was commissioned by *Jokerisdaking. He wanted me to draw a pic of Nemesis and a zombified Jill Valentine. It looks like Nemesis is confused, because his mission was to eliminate Jill and the other S.T.A.R.S. members, but she is a zombie, which logically means that she's dead... So I guess his mission was a success, even though he didn't kill her, and she is technically dead. Please comment, thank you. ^_^
