The only reasons that I am so incredibly anal about that particular detail concerning Link's dexterity is one, I am an art critic, therefore I'm supposed to be a pain, and two, there are not many if any other, animation characters that are left-handed. Being a lefty myself, I am proud that Link is a lefty and will be subject to an extreme amount of annoyance should that detail be left out.

yeah, I'm a lefty myself, so I always thought it was cool as a little kid. this is also why I was so pissed at the Wii version of Twilight Princess. and it also saddens me that now they seem to be permantitly going with the righty look for now on since that is how he is in Skyward Sword. but at least in this game he is canonically right-handed and not just mirrored to suit right handed players. I do hope though that Skyward Sword will have an option for lefties which will just mirror Link and his sword controls because otherwise I will feel really awkward playing it especially how the swordplay is much more in depth with how you move your hand...you know, kinda like what they did with the DS games. here's to hope!
