Hypnotic sandals

The person who has commissioned me to make this has requested to remain anonymous. So here is the main story, Lumi's sister, Chiko, has turned her into her slave via sandals that can instantly hypnotize the person that wears them. Chiko commands her new slave to go to Velene's house and give her a pair of these hypno-sandals in order to turn Velene into her slave. But apparently Flara is visiting Velene, and Chiko decides to claim her as a slave as well. So when Velene and Flara put the sandals on, they are instantly hypnotized and are now Chiko's slaves.

I really have no idea who these characters are, nor do I have any idea what they're suppose to be, but a commission is a commission, and it's not my place to ask such questions. Please enjoy it, thank you. ^_^
