249, 144, and 146

This was commissioned by ~Ninetalesuk, and it's part of the Pokemon Humans commission thing that I have going on. He wanted me to draw a Moltres that resembled May, a Lugia that looked a little like Misty, and an Articuno that looked like Dawn, and he also wanted them all to be hypnotized, and standing at attention.
